(APOPKA, FL) – Crews are scheduled at night through August 25 to alternate closing one lane at a time on northbound and southbound US 441 from Hermit Smith Road to Connector Road near State Road 429 (Daniel Webster Western Beltway). The closures from 7 p.m. - 6 a.m. will allow crews to work on overhead sign structures as part of building the Wekiva Parkway (State Road 429).

Flaggers will direct traffic and electronic message boards are posted to alert drivers. Bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances could delay or prolong work. Motorists are urged to use caution in the construction area for their safety and that of the work crews.
