The Florida Department of Transportation - District Five has begun design of a trail that will parallel Sections 4A and 4B of the Wekiva Parkway. The Neighborhood Lakes Trail is being planned to connect in Orange County to a future extension of the West Orange Trail, and to tie into the future Lake-Wekiva Trail in Lake County.
