ORLANDO _ The Central Florida Expressway Authority has selected the top three firms bidding to oversee Wekiva Parkway Section 2A to continue vying for this project. Elipsis Engineering, JBS Engineering and KCCS were the top-ranked firms and will move on to submit technical proposals and oral presentations in the coming weeks. Section 2A extends east from the systems interchange at Plymouth Sorrento Road and parallels Haas Road to County Road 435 (Mount Plymouth Road). Construction is scheduled to begin in spring of 2016.
