Section 6 of the Wekiva Parkway (State Road (S.R.) 429) project will move another step closer to completion this week as traffic will shift to the new S.R. 46 alignment in Lake County.

The S.R. 46 service road will shift to the north side of the Wekiva Parkway footprint from County Road (C.R.) 46A to Wekiva River Road.

The traffic shift will occur as early as 8 p.m. on Sunday, December 19.

The left turn lane from westbound S.R. 46 to Wekiva River Road will be closed.
